Food For My Brain's return and exchange policy is part of the post-purchase support we provide to all our customers.

Our policy is as follows:

• We do not provide refunds but happily exchange products and/or services.
• Sales involving conferences, seminars and coaching are non-refundable and non-exchangeable within the 7 days of the actual event date. However, we are happy to exchange for products and services available on our Web site.
• Requests for exchange must be accompanied with a tax invoice from our company and return request number issued.
• Items may only be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
• Products purchased must be kept in their original condition.
• We will only accept unopened CDs, software or tapes.
• Items can be returned for credit or replacement only.
• Customers are responsible for the return postage.
