- For products, you can pay Online by credit card at the time of order;
- Send us a cheque (payable to Food For My Brain International) by mail with your order form (please print out the order form);
- Fax us the order form and your credit card details, or

Your privacy and security is important to us. All transactions will be processed securely via 128-bit encryption program. We use THAWTE Digital Certificate on our Web site to maximise the protection for both our clients and our company.

We usually ship products within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please allow 5 working days for all shipments with Australia and 10 working days for shipment to countries outside Australia.

Our team would love to. However, due to demand and our clients’ budgets, this option is not always available. Please send us an enquiry form or booking form so we can get back to you regarding your specific request.

About policies (post purchase support)
- What is your return and exchange policy for purchased items?
We are happy to exchange any product you have purchased if you are not satisfied with it, providing that it is returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Any items returned to us for exchange must be in their original condition and must be accompanied by a tax invoice from Food For My Brain International.
